Research interests include the development and evaluation of
assessment and treatment procedures for social skill deficits. Current
projects focus on deficits in the evaluation of social competence in
self and others. A newly emergent interest is the area of behavioral
medicine with a focus on eating disorders. Projects include
laboratory and naturalistic studies of determinants of bulimic behavior.
A long-term interest is the development and clarification of
measurement and statistical procedures in clinical and personality
assessment. Projects include multivariate and profile analysis
and generalizability theory.
