The following arrival
schedule is provided to facilitate ride
sharing in the event that connections
are missed or planes are delayed.
Unless otherwise
indicated, all arrival times are on
Saturday, May 20. Because the
houses are not accessible until after
I arrive at around 4:30, this is
listed as the earliest arrival time at
Duck.
People known to be renting
cars are shown in BOLD CAPS.
Riders may be listed twice--Once for
their arrival flight, and once, in
parentheses, with their ride.

Duckees make advance arrangements to
ride share along with contingency plans
should fellow riders be delayed.
It may also be useful to recheck this
schedule periodically as additional
information will be posed as it is
received.
Arrival times at Duck are
approximate, and are estimated to be
about two and a half hours after the
scheduled arrival time of the
last-arriving passenger in groups that
are ride sharing. No arrivals are
listed before 4:30 PM on Saturday, as
the houses are not open before that.

schedule is provided to facilitate ride
sharing for those people who wish to plan
ahead. Rides can also usually be
worked out at the conference, except for
those with unusual departure times.

*This is a rough estimate of the
departure time required to drive to ORF
from Duck, return a rental car, and make
it to the ticket counter with an hour to
spare. It is not a guarantee that
you will make your flight. You may want to
leave extra time.
We are required to be out of the houses
by 10:00 AM on May 27 so the cleaning
crews can come in. Fines may be
imposed by the realtor if the houses are
not vacated on time.
